Bike to Work/School Day was Thursday, May 17th
Commuters in San Benito County are encouraged to bike to work and
school during Bike Week. Why pay those high gas prices to sit
in traffic? Commuters who ride their bicycles Thursday can stop
for a FREE breakfast at any of our sites listed below.

Hollister (6:30 AM to 9:30 AM.)
Bike to Work Commuter Bike Challenge
Bike to Work Day will give your business employees the opportunity
to participate in the Commuter Bike Challenge. The Commuter Bike
Challenge is an opportunity for San Benito County businesses to
exercise their competitive spirit. The business with the highest
percentage of employees riding their bike to work onMay 17th will
win a FREE lunch for participating employees. To participate call
637-7665.
BIKE TO WORSHIP, on the day that you worship @ your place
of worship (a do-it-yourself event).

BIKE TO WORK DAY
Commuters who ride their bicycles Thursday can stop at a breakfast
site at:
Briggs Lawn,Corner of Fourth St.and San Benito St.Hollister
6:30 a.m.to 9:30 a.m.
Clean Air Month (WIN $1,000 CASH!)
Commit to using an alternative to driving alone, including bicycling,
at least four times during the month of May and you could win $1,000
CASH. Register at all Bike Week events or at www.CleanAirMonth.net.
BIKE-AND-RIDE
Receive $.25 OFF any County Express transit ride if you bike to
the bus stop during Bike Week, May 13th - 19th.
